  1. Reception, accommodation and accommodation of guests at the eco-hotel "Ecorancho" (hereinafter referred to as the "hotel") is carried out in accordance with the "Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation", approved by the Resolution Government of the Russian Federation No. 1085 dated 10/09/2015
  2. Persons who have made an advance payment receive priority rights to hotel accommodation. The guest has the right to pay for the room(s) in advance for the entire time for which check-in is scheduled.
  3. In case of cancellation of a reservation less than 14 days (and for the period of holidays and vacations - less than 30 days) before the date of arrival, the Agent will be charged a fine in the amount of the minimum prepayment, which is 50% of the total cost of accommodation.
  4. Registration of the Guest's stay at the hotel is carried out by the duty administrator on the basis of an identification document - passport (otherwise not provided).
  5. Check-in at the hotel is made only after the Guest has made payment for the entire expected period of stay. If the Guest wishes to extend his stay at the hotel beyond the number of days paid for his stay, his stay at the hotel can only be extended if rooms are available. If the room in which the Guest is staying is booked by another person, the Guest may be offered another free room. Payment Extension of stay is made on the day of extension.
  6. Accommodation at the hotel (check in) is made at 16:00 local time, check out from the hotel (check out) is made at 14:00 and means that by this hour the Guest must leave the room, hand over the keys and pay for everything accounts. Late check-out is subject to availability and is subject to hotel rates. 6. In the hotel and on its territory it is prohibited:
    • Smoking in all areas of the hotel, throwing bottles and other garbage on the hotel premises.
    • Use vehicles (except bicycles) and cause damage to vegetation and the surface of pedestrian paths.
    • Leave unauthorized persons in the room in your absence, and also hand over the room keys to them.
    • Use pyrotechnics (fireworks, sparklers, firecrackers, etc.) without consent.
    • Store bulky items, flammable, explosive, toxic, narcotic materials and substances, and firearms in the room.
    • Use additional heating devices.
    • Rearrange and remove furniture, bedding and other hotel property from the room.
    • Make noise, listen to music and other audio-video equipment at high volume. Disturb the peace of guests living in adjacent rooms and on the hotel premises in general.
    • Light fires in the hotel's recreational area and use your own barbecues.
    • Bring animals and birds into the territory and keep them in hotel rooms without the consent of the Administration. In the event that the Guest fails to comply with the above requirements, as well as a violation of generally accepted standards of conduct, The administrator has the right to charge a fine, refuse the Guest to provide services and evict the Guest from the hotel early without returning the Guest the money for paid but not received services.
  7. At the Guest's request, invited persons are allowed to stay at the hotel (from 09:00 to 23:00). The administrator has the right, without giving a reason, to refuse to give the Guest permission for the persons he has invited to stay. If you find visitor in the Guest's room after 23:00, the Administrator will add the cost of the additional bed to the Guest's account.
  8. The guest is obliged to: - comply with the “Fire Safety Rules for Hotel Residents”, the established rules of residence and cleanliness; — to compensate for damage in the event of loss or damage to property by him personally or for those invited to them, according to the current “Price List for damage to hotel property” in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The fact of damage to property and compensation for its cost is formalized by an act drawn up in 2 copies. — at the end of your stay, hand over the room to the Administrator on duty and make a full payment for the additional services provided.
  9. The hotel administration is not responsible for the safety of documents, money, securities, belongings, and jewelry left in the room.
  10. In case of discovery of forgotten items, the Hotel Administration notifies the Guest by telephone or other means.

Rules for living with animals

  1. When booking a room, you must agree on the possibility of staying in the room with an animal. The hotel administration reserves the right to determine whether a pet can stay in the room;
  2. The hotel allows pets for an additional fee of up to 5 kg. The cost is 1,500 rubles for the entire stay. A vet is a must. passports, leash, muzzle. If you are on vacation with your family animals, we ask you to ensure that animals go to the toilet outside, and to clean up their waste in trash cans. Accommodation with fighting dogs, reptiles, birds, and wild animals forbidden.
  3. When checking into the hotel, the guest is required to pay a fee for living with an animal in the amount of 1,500 rubles for the entire period of stay.
  4. The owner of the animal must have with him a registration certificate (animal passport) and a veterinary certificate with a note of all vaccinations, issued by the authorized body, no less than seven days before the date check-in
  5. The vacationer must bring with him: a container (cage), a waterproof bedding, a towel, a special tray (toilet), a bowl, dry food, a favorite toy, a first aid kit with medicines, cleaning supplies vital activity of a domestic animal;
  6. The vacationer is prohibited from leaving the animal in the room alone without supervision. If it is necessary to leave the animal alone for a short time, a “do not disturb” sign should be hung on the room door.
  7. The vacationer is obliged to ensure that the pet is not present while the room is being cleaned.
  8. It is prohibited to walk pets in public places and playgrounds of the hotel; when walking a pet on the territory, the vacationer must have means for cleaning waste products pet and perform such cleaning.
  9. It is prohibited to take your pet with you into a cafe, restaurant, bath complex and other closed public places of the hotel. In the public areas of the hotel, the animal must be on a leash;
  10. It is prohibited to wash pets in the shower cabins of the room, as well as to use towels, sheets and other hotel bedding for the animal; It is prohibited to feed pets from dishes, owned by the hotel;
  11. The guest staying with an animal undertakes to ensure compliance with the sanitary and hygienic regime in the room and on the hotel premises, and also undertakes to maintain the safety property in the room and undertakes to pay a fine if the animal causes damage to the hotel, according to the established Damage Price List.
  12. In the event of complaints from other guests or accidents caused by a pet, the owner of the animal is obliged to immediately take appropriate measures to eliminate the causes dissatisfaction, and if necessary, remove the animal from the hotel premises
  13. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with a guest staying with pets in case of violation of the rules of residence and in case of aggressive, inappropriate, noisy behavior of the pet.
