House
We rented a house with a bathroom, the house is gorgeous!
Everything is in excellent condition, everything is clean without stains. The house has everything you need, they provide towels, disposable slippers, disposable after-shower products. The house is very warm, spacious and cozy.
There is a barbecue outside, but there are no coals or skewers (keep in mind)
Territory
Spacious, there is room to walk. Since the weather was not very good, everyone did not have time to get around.
There is a children's playground, a campfire area, a stable, a swimming pool (but it is only open in the summer), a restaurant, a farm, a cheese factory and a shop attached to it (I advise everyone to buy their products! Very tasty and tender. You can try everything for breakfast and appreciate it)
What to add:
1) please pay attention to your cats. This is also part of your farm, they interact with guests and animals, but they look sick, their eyes are all covered in pus.
2) change the route when you go to the farm. It is illogical to first buy food and then go to the farm with bags.
3) it would be cool if you had a year-round pool.
For guests:
Take boots and spare clothes with you when you go to the farm, otherwise you will smell deliciously like cows later
Even though we were not very lucky with the weather (but the administration always offered umbrellas, thank you for your concern), but the rain did not stop us from having a wonderful time!
Clear advantages:
• you can freely walk anywhere, communicate with any animals, pet them, feed them.
There are many animals - horses, dogs, cats, cows, goats, sheep, camels, chickens, geese, pigs and a lot of birds, squirrels (we were incredibly pleased to communicate with everyone!)
• includes breakfast, very tasty, buffet and farm products produced by them, and in general the food is delicious, especially soups and apple strudel!
• entertainment every day (creative master classes, excursions to the farm to see the animals, gatherings around the fire, etc.)
• huge territory, quiet, fresh air, very cool to walk in beautiful places
• friendly, helpful and sociable staff
It was nice and incredibly delicious to receive a cheese plate as a birthday present, thank you!
We didn’t notice any noticeable downsides, we can probably say about the construction of new buildings on the territory (but this can only visually spoil the picture, but neither the sound nor the sight bothered us much), the smell of animals, but closer to the farm itself (but here you need to understand where you are going and take the appropriate clothes), but as it seemed to us, these are very little things that should not ruin your vacation!
We will definitely come here again and again! I am also glad that there is also a special, warm attitude towards pets here. Our gentleman was recognized and surrounded with warmth and care as a full-fledged guest.
1) Administrator Svetlana - I cannot imagine a brighter, smiling and more sympathetic person, she was keenly interested in every aspect of our stay, helped to ensure that the fireplace was always ready at the right time, and all issues were resolved at the moment they arose, Svetlana is wonderful!
2) Dmitry (bereitor) - a person just on some magical level finds a common language with children, my daughter is 4 years old and she was a little afraid of horses, but literally in 10 minutes with Dmitry she became interested in them and ran to feed them. My wife went for a free ride, and all the horses were shining from being well-groomed.
3) The manager Anastasia is the most kind and sociable person, just like Svetlana created the conditions for the most positive emotions, thank you for the tractor from Sonechka!!
4) Animator Nastya captured all of her daughter’s attention and did not let it go; we were also interested in participating, for example in bonfires with marshmallows or watching a movie with popcorn, or went down the slide together.
The food in the restaurant is prepared not from ingredients, but completely, so the delivery time is a little unusual, but everything is very tasty, the waiters are very attentive, we especially liked the country-style veal (in a pot with a bread lid) and the eggplant salad (be sure to pay extra for the cheese).
We can’t help but say about the bathhouse, guys, it’s a full-fledged house with panoramic glazing, a bathroom and a steam room with a grass mattress (it was fresh when they were there), it’s a little expensive, but considering that it already has everything you need, you can live with it).
From wishes and improvements:
We lived in Alps 1 and of course there is a smell in the restroom, we’re not talking about horses, the hood is very necessary there, it’s strong. But considering that we only slept there and there is a fireplace in the living room, this is an error.
We really liked it, we will definitely come back and relax there for the whole short weekend. A situation where the work of kind people creates an absolutely magical atmosphere.
The best place to stay for 2-5 days (we came for 2 days, but ended up extending it)

Many thanks to the administrator Evgeniy and the waiter Dmitry for organizing the birthday party and suggestions. A lot of things didn’t go according to plan, we had to change everything on the fly, but in the end we managed to arrange a surprise and spend time in such a way that the memories will warm us for a long time
