Cheese factory

The agrotourism complex has its own cheese factory, which is rightfully considered the pride of the entire Ecorancho. Here, from environmentally friendly natural milk produced by our own cows and goats, experienced cheese makers prepare exceptionally tasty cheeses, including very refined ones, prepared according to traditional recipes from Italy, Georgia and other countries historically famous for their cheese making.
