Cheese factory
The agrotouristic complex has its own cheese factory, which is rightfully considered the pride of the entire Eco-ranch. Here, from environmentally friendly natural milk provided by our own cows and goats, experienced cheese makers prepare exceptionally delicious cheeses, including very refined ones prepared according to traditional recipes from Italy, Georgia and other countries historically famous for their cheese making.
